WARNING ⚠️ Do not use Charlotte Plumbing Masters. We needed to get quotes for a plumber to deliver and install a 50-gallon electric water heater we already purchased. Our traditional plumber was going to charge $700. Lowes was going to charge $1,100. CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS was going to charge almost $1,900. I had a representative, Dijan Mireu, verify the facts. He insisted that there were electrical and plumbing permits needed. When I asked for more details, he couldn't 1) identify the specific permits, 2) estimate how much they would cost, or 3) promise to provide these permit documents after they were purchased. I would recommend NOT using Charlotte Plumbing Masters. This business makes fagazi excuses for outrageous prices.

Just moved into an older home and the valve behind the toilet failed to shut off the water and the line developed a leak when trying to install a bidet. Called multiple places and Charlotte plumbing masters was the only place able to send a plumber out same day. John was knowledgeable and professional in performing the necessary repair to stop the leak. He provided some additional advice on future work that I will need to get done and I will happily rely on him for completing that work when the time comes. Additionally, he was friendly with my dog which was just a plus.

I’m very impressed with this company and every employee that I spoke with. Carol in customer service, Tim the office manager and John the technician who replaced my hot water heater. I had problems with my Home Warranty of America getting the proper heater and Tim took it upon himself to make calls to everyone involved in the warranty company to get the problem resolved. John, the technician was excellent starting with the initial visit to inspect the heater and determining that it had to be replaced. He was efficient, fast, polite with a great sense of humor. If I had to give this company a rating from 1-10 I would give them a 20.

Diyan did a great job investigating and diagnosing my issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m grateful for amazing customer service every time from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. They are the ones I trust.

What a great company. Had a issue with plumbing and backup lines, called and they came out next day. Michal was out here for 2 plus hours trying all ways to fix the issue and finally fixed it. Michal was very polite, professional, hard working as the technician. Obviously with a great company comes a price but I had no issue paying it based upon the service I received. Can not stress enough how great Michal was, really appreciate his hard work!!!!!!
